  I can't recall staying in a better city centre hotel than this and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The conversion from a venerable old residence to a modern comfortable hotel has been carried out with style and panache. We will certainly try and book the Zichy when we visit Budapest again and would recommend it wholeheartedly to - We loved everything about the hotel.We upgraded our room and stayed in a wonderful junior suite on the fifth floor.It was quiet,clean,big and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a jacuzzi.Plenty of closet space and a great bed.The staff was polite and very helpful.They spoke excellent English.They booked restaurants,massages and ordered taxis.I would defenitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.We also liked its situation,district 8.we walked everywhere.Good job!!!

When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious. There is a nice local market next door which is very clean and attra - Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

  These are really excellent, comfortable apartments with everything you need to make you feel like you're at home whilst you're in an amazing foreign city. The location really couldn't be better, it's the equivalent of having an apartment 5 minutes away from Picadilly circus and the metro is so easy to ride that you can get anywhere in no time at a... vad folk säger » ll. The staff all speak fluent English and are very helpful. I was there with a group of 12 guys on a stag so we took one penthouse and one 1 bed apar - 1 guy ran the show and although he wasn't always at his desk, he was always contactable by phone. Very helpful guy and very easy-going (also the general impression I got of the Hungarian people). He helped to pay my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street, very convenient. R

  Exclusive, very nice, cosy and welcoming place. Everything was excellent (staff, location). I can-t say anything about the breakfast because we didn't have one. We preferred local coffee-shops (and we recommend Ana Caffe - 2 minutes away). The parking is quite expensive but (like we have been lucky) you can find quite a few parking places around a... vad folk säger » nd in front of the hotel. The parking is free during week-ends (from Friday 18.00 pm to Monday 08.00 am) so we paid just a few hours for Monday mornin - Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.
