staff very friendly and helpful, despite there was no reception the person doing the checkin was punctual. the room was clean and had everything needed, also the kitchenette. it is a lovely place, pretty silent area, and the best thing is that you can reach any member of the staff either calling, texting, mailing or Viber, and they are always ready to help!. The communication with the apartment managers is always first class. Having left my mobile phone there - they retrieved it and hand delivered it to my office one evening. The attention to detail and cleaning is brilliant and often not found in apartment accom. Every surface shines, fluffy towels and even slippers!.
