  Situation of hotel on a rock face right above a sandy beach - excellent views, and yet walking distance from restaurants and main street. Friendly owners made you feel at home. - The area surrounding the hotel and it was ideally situated with good views and near the beach.

  We absolutely loved the hotel and we'll definitely be back. The room was big, clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was decent, and generally it all looked very nice. We had a nice balcony with a magnificent sea view. - a wonderful location with the most beautiful sea bay view.

  A very big thank you to this lovely family. I was travelling alone with 2 children age 3.5 and 11 years old. I am Greek and we choose this hotel based on past reviews. The atmosphere is very romantic retro , decor is traditional greek with respect to tradition Beautiful gardens !! The mattress and pillows are very firm so it might not suit everyone though it was fin - Vagia hotel exceeded our expectations in all categories. To begin, the view from our room was spectacular and romantic. The decor of the hotel and the rooms is artistic, historic, understated and elegant. The breakfast food is simple and tasty and fresh with daily variations! Chockolate banana cakes to homemade jams and pies! Most of all, though, the mother and sons running the hotel are the kindest, most knowledgeable and genuine individuals you will ever meet; just speaking to them briefly ma

  The staff was amazing. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our trip relaxing, comfortable, and made us feel like family. One staff member invited us to join her and her daughter for lunch one day and took us to a small, authentic Greek tavern. Another staff member came in 2 hours early to make sure we had breakfast before le... vad folk säger » aving the island. The beach is very close and has chairs to lounge on. The views are beautiful and the hotel is set in quite, remote area great for r - It was a beautiful hotel in every way and we loved the personalized service and modern decor. Our only issue was transportation to other establishments, but I imagine during the summer there are more open nearby, and we did enjoy the scenic drives. Also, part of the charm of the hotel is that it's a bit outside of the main port, so that is a good thing!
