Location, location, location! The hotel is exactly in the right place of
Oia - the most charming part of the town, a few steps away from the
observatory where everybody else will run to to watch the sunset. All
rooms are built like those small caves that are typical of Santorini and

The location is excellent as you can watch the dramatic sunset and has a
very good view of the Caldera. The design of the hotel is very Grecian
so if you want to experience or feel like an ancient Greek, this is the
best place! ;) It's beautiful during nighttime. It's not to far
from the main street where you can have coffee or dine in a very good
restaurant and enjoy some Greek cuisine. It is also very accessible to

Our 5-day stay here was perfect with its marvelous views and breathtaking sunsets. Try one of the best pools in the island with sunbeds and umbrellas, where the air is sweet from herbs and nectar and birds fly over the head. Marizan has been the most impressive stay in the decade for me and my wife.
We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment.
The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.
Georgia and Giannis (Owners) took care us very great, we felt warm like staying at home.
It takes only 10 minutes to the center of Oia.

The best thing about this place was waking up every morning to a majestic view of the caldera while having breakfast on the terrace. stayed in August this was obviously not the hotels fault and the staff
could not have been more helpful and the hotel is located in one of the
most beautiful positions on the island I could not rate the experience
