Hotel staff service is very good, back to the hotel, every day have a feeling of home. Beautiful Santorini property with stunning views of the caldera. I had a suite with a private plunge pool and thoroughly enjoyed my 5 day stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive with the right mix of being there when needed and leaving me alone. Private cave swimming was an unexpected surprise.

This place is amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and
efficient. They really went the extra mile to make our stay as great as
it could be. The location in Oia is perfect. The facilities are
wonderful, and weren't too busy even though we went in mid-August.

Perfect location, it is remote so no one will bother and at the same
time you are close to tourist sights in the cities of Oia and
Imerovigli. (You can walk there and enjoy the views, takes 50-60 minutes
both directions)
The view is stunning, only hotels in Imerovigli have the same caldera view but it is less private.

problem in the room we booked that needed a nights work, he personally
came to pick us up from the airport, explained the situation and

I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.
