  Läget - Very friendly stuff, vey close to the city and the bus station. - The Lignos is a very modern and contemporary hotel and I was veryimpressed with the standard of hotel and the price. It is 5 mins walkto the ferry port and you can catch a bus across from the port whichtakes you to the marina which is nice for a wander, something to eatand a ... vad folk säger » drink.

  The hotel was excellent! Very helpful and friendly staff! It was located right in the middle of the island which made it easy to get around. It wasn't directly in any of the cities which was very nice. You will most likely want a car, but we talked to the front desk and reserved on for us. He did all the talking and the car was brought tight ... vad folk säger » to us and we didn't even have to return it, just left it at the hotel. The owner gave us a ride to the airport! Stay here and you won't be disappoin - everything is beyond expectation It's a excellent stopover on the way from the port to Fira. Actually it's in the middle of the island. There is a bus stop in front of the Kalisperis Hotel.You spend one third price of the hotels in Fira or Oia, and you get quietness. Beside,there are 2 supermarkeks in 5 minutes walking distance. everything there is cheapper than other markets on this island.

  Excellent location (a bit out of town (10 minutes to the beach), so there weren't lot's of people around, also it was a few minutes walk to outdoor cinema), owner and his mother were friendly, breakfast good and the pool was really cosy :) - The location was great, especially considering what we paid for the room.   Great friendly and helpful staff, cozy and home atmosphere, good breakfast, very clean. The sea (Caldera beach) is right under the hotel, however, you should climb down from the rock to the seaside (about 15- min road). Red beach is in foot distance as well as boats to white and black beaches (5 EUR to sail there and back) - just to get to the - Location: Great spot to get away from it all. Excellent views of the water. Calm & quiet - exactly what we wanted. We hired a car, so getting there was easy. Wonderful, friendly staff who went the extra mile when we needed any help. Breakfast including traditional Greek food was fresh and delicious. Caper leaves were my favourite. Very clean, everywhere. Room was so comfortable with excellent beds. Easily felt at home.
