  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well.   Incredible views, excellent and clean rooms, very supportive and helpful staff. The property sticks out of a promontory and overlooks the caldera of Santorini.   I have been to Greece so many times that I lost counting but traveled in April for the first time, choosing this trip as a birthday present. There was nothing more I could have asked for and Esperas was a big part of this beautiful dream.   It was a fantastic venue for an amazing holiday. The staff were fabulous the beautiful Manager Ava and her team on the front desk were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We were treated brilliantly with little treats making all the difference: strawberries, chocolate and champagne being left complimentarily for us and the staff were brilliant, coming all the way down the stairs just to help us with things like our sun umbrella! The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
