Very clean! Quite and serene environment. Decent buffet breakfast. Amazing sea view (especially during sunrise) by our big flowery veradhas.Walking distance (about 3 minutes) to the beach. Very close to Nafplion City(approximately 5 minutes by car). Friendly and informative staff. We will go again soon.

We were welcomed by anastasia, lovely receptionist who went that extra mile to make us feel at home. The hotel is new however you can see that it will soon be dated as some of the fittings were already broken. The hotel has access to a lovely beach and has a big swimming pool.
Breakfast was ok and dinner was actually good value with traditional Greek dishes.

Very nice Hotel in an old, classical building along the main pedestrian area of Patra. Marble staicase, big wooden doors, marble floors- very comfortable with crisp cool air-conditioning and big rooms with high ceilings. Most of all I liked the hotel itself is very nice and friendly staff. A great view. For people who prefer a quiet holiday place is just wonderful. We rented a car from Athens and get to the hotel (about 4 hours - 270 km.) Managed to see different landscapes of Greece. The township Elia is conveniently located in relation to recreation Pelopponesa.

Alas resort is in an excellent location. The water (sea) was warm, clear, clean, and very easy to get to. The facilities are all very nice, and very clean. Breakfast buffet is good. The bed was very comfortable. They spent extra on the hotel. And you can see the quality.
It is a smaller resort, and the staff remembers who you are, and greet you by name.
They are professional, courteous, and helpful.
August gets booked up for several weeks. Book early for August. We will go back.
