  Everything was lovely. The atmosphere was very hospitable, and the renovations beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location was not too far from the port, and not up a lot of stairs. Easily accessible for those who can't climb too far. The breakfast was very good. - We loved everything about it!   We chose to stay at Phidias Piraeus because we needed a hotel close to the port seeing we were taking a ferry at 7:25 am. Well they were wonderful! First, we got there early from our other location and we needed to get our rental car back to downtown Athens. They had no problem in letting us leave our luggage there while we took our car back. 'W - This is an excellent hotel. It has been recently refurbished, so both our room and the public areas were clean and modern. The friendly staff were courteous and very efficient at their jobs. We were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and given advice about local restaurants and shops. The hotel is located in a nice safe part of Piraeus, near the marina, shops and many restaurants.   This is a fabulous hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights with my daughter, prior to going on to Santorini.   The location was in a peaceful, safe and clean part of Athens. The hotel as a whole was very modern and well designed. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facility. We loved the fact that we were treated like royalty and we were well taken care of by the excellent staff. Anything that we needed was gotten for us. She suggested a really nice chinese restaurant in the area and even arranged a parking place for our car until we got back from our trip to Rome. The location is exceptional too.   Simply the best hotel that I've ever been. The neighbourhood is quiet, very green and the air is fresh even in the hottest days. It is very close to the train station and also in 10 min by taxi to Marussi, where many companies have offices and this makes the hotel very good for business trips.   This is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The staff were outstanding. Very helpful with suggestions particularly for restaurants in the area and catching the metro/ferries etc. The room was large and very comfortable with a mini kitchen. We had a room on the 1st floor at the back which had a lovely balcony and was not noisy. Being... vad folk säger » on the first floor it was easy to walk up and down the stairs. It is well located in the Plaka district and easy walk to Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, - The hotel is charming, beautiful, clean with a staff that is so helpful and welcoming. They provide champagne and chocolates upon arrival. Additionally, they helped us with our boarding passes. They are right in the Plaka district within walking distance to many of the attractions. Loved it. And, I purposely left a pair of sneakers there and when I returned home there was an e mail letting me know that I had left them....and they wanted to know what I wanted them to do with them.
