Owners of the hotel are very friendly.
The rooms are wide enough and clean.
The building is relatively new (5 yrs old).
Because of it is located at mountains, you don't feel hot weather.
Breakfast is nice.
It looks like in the beginning that it is far away from the sea. But if you drive a car to go to beach, actually it is not a case.
