  We stayed in Rimida for 4 nights in september 2013 and really liked it. The view is AMAZING, the room has everything you need, including cooking appliances. The hotel is exactly in the right place of Oia - the most charming part of the town, a few steps away from the observatory where everybody else will run to to watch the sunset.   Strogili has exceeded my expectations. I can not emphasize only one thing. The view from the terrace is spectacular and immense, the hospitality and friendliness of Andreas (the hotel manager) and all staff (Katrau, ...), cleaning is 10 points, breakfasts on the terrace, tranquility and relaxation ....   This has been one of the most memorable stay my wife and I had. 1) the owners are just amazing. They made us feel at home from the second we checked-in. Marios and Yannis are so friendly and welcoming! Marios recommended us a delicious restaurant (Sunset Taverna in Ammoudi Bay) for dinner when we arrived. In the morning, they would bring you breakfast an - Marizan has been the most impressive stay in the decade for me and my wife. We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment. The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset. Georgia and Giannis (Owners) took care us very great, we felt warm like staying at home. It takes only 10 minutes to the center of Oia. B

She'll help you arrange quality outings, and recommend good restaurants. There are just a handful of suites, so it doesn't feel crowded. This place is a labor of love, built by the owner, and he is wonder - The view was sensational and although you are not in the very centre of Oia, you avoid the millions of stairs and tourists. The heart of Oia is no more than a beautiful 10 minute walk along the cliff with sensational sea views. The suites are as amazing as they look online, the air conditioning works well, and and the daily breakfast is delicious. We hired a quad bike for a couple of days and the location of Oia Suites means you can ride your bike right up to the hotel. For an amusing night out

  We stayed in Aegean Traditional Houses for 1 week. It was great! Perfect location in the center of Oia on the central square. There is fantastic view on volcano and caldera! Living in Traditional Houses affords you to feel real authentic Greek soul. Room is cosy and nice and have traditional furniture and all necessary things – TV, coffee-machine,... vad folk säger » small kitchen, shower. Room was always clean, towels were changed several times a week. Yannis is the best owner. He answered and consulted me before - The house is situated in the very heart of Oia. The view is really fantastic. You can either spend some time at the verandah enjoying the marvelous view (which is probably the best all over) or you can walk along the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants which is a few steps away. The bus station is also very close. The house is very nice and clean, and it was a pleasant and unusual experience to live in a traditional Greek house. We could hardly find a better place to stay in

Believe me, I researched this extensively before I came. Across th - The place is very comfortable and designed with a good taste. The delicious breakfast was served by the pleasant host of the hotel on the terrace with amazing view to caldera. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main pedestrian street and it`s within 10 minutes walk from the sunset viewpoint. There is a tavern near the hotel with reasonable prices and nice food. The presence of the cute Bella (the host`s dog) added the lovely charm to the cosy atmosphere of the hotel.

  They couldn't have picked a more picturesque place to build this hotel. It literally takes your breath away to glance out the cute windows and doors to the scene of the sea and caldera. But what set it apart from all other places on the island was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff.   Everything - the fact that it was a small family run hotel, the service was very personal, there was nothing Irini or her family would not do for you, but equally they left you alone to enjoy the holiday. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, comfortable and regularly serviced and the facilities were perfect.   The hotel is conveniently located right opposite to a bus stop (bus stop name same as hotel name). The hotel has an outdoor tavern (reasonably priced) which was very helpful as we arrived late and tired. Helpful and efficient staff. Good breakfast (more than continental)! - I had booked a room for 2 but my friend changed plans at the last meeting. Facilities were also very clean.

  Everything about the Perivolas Hotel is top notch. The location (within easy walking distance to Oia), the striking views, the food, the room itself, and the wonderful staff who made us feel very much at home. The selection at breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our two dinners, one by the pool and one in a little private nook. - I enjoyed Perivolas hotel very much. No complaint at all.
