  The location is superb with a nice see view, very close to marvelleous beaches (by car). The hotel manager Yannis is very friendly. He is also a great guide, just tell him what to do and be sure he will recommend you the best place that suits you. Pool and playing area for childern is also sufficient. The rooms are very spacious. Our room was spacious with nice sea view,Staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. If in the future we came back to neos marmaras surely we will stay in this hotel.

  Beautiful location, sea view and football field view. Nice little balcony. Internet is only in the public space downstairs, but i brought with me a powerful wifi repeater and the host was kind enough to let me install it downstairs. I opened it up for everybody else to use it up to the 3rd floor and it seemed to be quite popular. There were over ... vad folk säger » 30 devices logged as connected to it. They offer a very nice food package at 8.50Euros for the ones that stay at the hotel. I totally recommend it. - The price-quality ratio, the restaurant, the special menu for hotel guests, the vicinity to the fairly nice beach.

Rent och fräscht. - We found it to be ideally located halfway between the outstanding (clear water, white sand) mile-long beach in one direction and the picturesque Greek fishing port with lots of shopping and restaurants in the other direction (only a 5 mi... vad folk säger » nute walk in either direction.) Be aware that the whole town is parked on a mountain side. The hotel is near the top of a street so steep that the sidewalks are actually stairs and there's no elevator in the six-story building. (We enjoyed the exercise, but not - Stavros, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. We hired an apartment with three bedrooms - it was huge and very comfortable. There is everything in the kitchen you need for cooking. Fantastic view, very close to the beach. Excellent price. We highly recommend this house!

  We got very spacious room with a large terrace and a sea view. A small beach is practically right in front of the hotel, which is nice if you want to take a quick swim. There's a free parking outside the hotel. Surrounding is quite and you won't hear any noises coming from the outside at night. Air conditioner (AC) works perfect, runs very quietly... vad folk säger » and it's included in price. Wifi works great: it is speed enough to watch live video streams and the signal is equally strong in whole room and terra - Everything clean and welcoming with all the facilities that we expected.. The owner on site was very friendly and dealt with any small requests very efficiently. Location excellent. 10 minute stroll from the centre and in the other direction from a lovely beach. Cove for swimming 30 seconds away. Altogether excellent in every way.

  The house is close to the beach (5min. walk) and to the center of town (3min. walk). The owner are very kind and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The room is very clean (room is cleaned every day, towells also, linen every third day) and was just the right size for two people. Marmaras, the sea, part of a small dock, and the island of Kelyfos. Easy access to the town center. Highly recommended for your vacation!

  The rooms were modern-designed and very warm and clean, the changed our bed sheets and cleaned the room every 2 days, the location of the hotel was excellent (we walk for 2 minutes and we were at the city centre) and Mrs. Yianna (the owner) was very kind and helpful!   We loved our stay the staff were very friendly, the room was large with a seating area inside as well as on the balcony. The food was excellent with a good choice buffet. Free mini train around complex was fun.   Very kind staff and owners, over our expectations, everything was clean and comfortable. Two or three minutes walking to the sea, but firstly it comes a very nice and large commercial area. Ten minutes walking to the beach, a pretty good one. We used to travel with the car around of 25 km to the north-east of Sithonia for a most spectacular beach... vad folk säger » , but here, on Neos Marmaras we also enjoyed the water and the beach. From the balcony we had a very nice view of the sea and some of the city. I high - The host were really nice and friendly, they were always around if you needed something. The rooms were really clean and they had their own towels for the guests. I had a parking in front of my room which was great for my car. Everything is as it looks on the pictures of their web page, what you see is what you get, and even more :)

  Amazing view, great owners and personel, niew and wonderfully kept, in a wonderful setting in the olive trees on a hill overlooking Neos Marmaras, delicious home made breakfast,jacuzzi cabin in the bathroom, great balcony. - really friendly hosts, no noise from the city, just peacefull and lovely rooms!

  The atitude of staff, including owners of the hotel was excellent. Thanks them all again. I think I will come to Melliton next year again. If you are traveling by car, then it is a good location from where you can explore nearby beaches, including those wild.   The hotel is located in large resort with 2 big hotels, marina, beaches, golf course, winery, hiking tracks. Only 20m from hotel pool to beach with beach bar. Golf course is in walk distance from hotel. All drinks and food is included in "all inclusive". During the end of season, all facilities were occupied only little.
