Bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are provided. Within 300 metres from Kastello, you can reach the Archaeological Museum of Nafplio, as well as the seaside promenade. Traditional taverns and charming cafes can be found within a short walk.

I strongly recommend Kastello Guesthouse to all the visitors who would like to have a holiday in Nafplio. The only choice! It has great owners, smiling and welcoming, caring about what you wish to eat or drink, you really feel special! The breakfast is so wonderful, with chocolate croissants, apple pie, cheese & spinach pie, mushroom pie! So various kinds of pastries! Always fresh orange juice! Great Turkish-Greek coffee! alla recensioner » Perfectly positioned for access to old Nafplio's inticate and evocative pedestrian centre as well as for ease of access by car. Rooms of grand size (2nd floor "rosso" room with wonderfully high ceiling and plenty of windows and two balconies). Airconditioning perfect for summer heat with whisper setting. Bathroom adequate for requirement. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast second to none in my years of hellenic experiences. Stuffed ourselves enough everyday to miss out on lunch. The delicious cof. We stayed at this brand-new hotel located in the beginning of the old town in late March 2013. Azzuro room was really spacious, with great furnituring and a comfortable bed, really clean and with all the facilities one could need. The breakfast was really rich, all the things were freshly served and delicious, we loved the orange juice prepared with fresh oranges taken from the keeper's farm, plus the delicious handmade jams. The hotel keepers kept asking us if we needed anything, and were will. The room was excellent actually we had a little suite with a room for us and a room for our child for the price it was the best we could expect honestly no other place in greece was like that space and confort at the same time the staff is amazing the owner always available obviously it is not a five star hotel which means: no swimming pool , no special service but i would rate this place better than some other four star hotels where i have been recently. Neat, nice, helpful personnel. Small hotel, very conveniently located, it is in the center, but also on the edge, so you can park the car. Just 2 blocks away from the main piazza, but these two blocks means you can park the car right there and you won't have to carry your luggage. The room was spacious and we really liked it. Constantine (if I remember the owner's name correctly) and his wife were AMAZING hosts! They treated our whole family like kings and queens. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large enough for our family of 5. It's right in the centre on a beautiful square. The owners are a lovely, helpfull couple and they serve a great home-made breakfast. We will go back there for a weekend in May. We stayed with our 3 children in Porpora and it was FABOLOUS! The owner is so helpful, the rooms and the bathroom are clean - and the breakfast was overwhelming! We could get almost what we want! Kastello guesthouse has our recommendation!. A beautiful room for a family of five people, a really rich breakfast and awesome service. The owner is very kind and helpful. The next time we will visit Nafplion, we will definitely choose the same hotel. Our room, designated the "bridal suite", was large and pleasantly decorated. Bed was comfy, location was convenient, staff incredibly helpful. In short, it more than fulfilled our expectations. Excellent little design hotel. In a very central location without being noisy. Rooms very stylish, comfortable, big and crystal clear. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Despite the windows and doors to balconies having double glazing, our particular room overlooked the town's coach stop, which had some early departures which were plainly audible. We brought earplugs which counter-acted this adequately. A very slight complaint was that the floor could have been dusted/swept a little better during the period of our stay. Though I must say that it didn't help that we were returning from a beach most days. Mediocre breakfast, takes too long. Nothing. Everything was perfect!. We had at first thought the room would be noisy, as a coffeeshop/bar was located below us. But that proved not to be a problem at all. Everything was perfect. No negative comments, not even the slightest. Just have in mind that it is perfect for a mini - boutique hotel having friendly - informal communication directly with the owner. If you want formalities, guys with ties and girls with long skirts, go to a Hilton :-).
