  we contacted them last minute for transportation to the villa and the responded immediately. the staff were professional and friendly and gave good suggestions on where to go during the winter season, breakfast was HUGE! so much,that we could leave some for lunch. great view, free upgrade to a family suite, very good water pressure and constant ho... vad folk säger » t water. in winter, room was warm, television had multilingual programs, location is convenient about 15 mins walk to fira, clean room with daily hous - Dana Villas was the location we chose for our wedding venue, and for a two night stay before heading to other islands for our honeymoon. The management and staff is second to none, and the rooms are cozy and quaint. The view is beautiful, and the locations was idillic for our wedding. Highly recommended.

The Whole hotel is incrediably nice desighed, to be divided as many levels, from the edge of cliff to very deep of it, the hotel itself is an artwork. although there are rooms at each level, we can enjoy the amazing sea view and sunset view at balcony without any obstruct. 2. It has to go many steps from the parking square to hotel room, we can not do it by ourselves with heavy luggage. 3. Roo - This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It is very clean and new with an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea and the volcano. The hotel is on a clif and you will be enjoying the breathtaking view of the sea anywhere in the hotel. There are 80 steps to the hotel but its worth every step (dont worry someone will carry your bags). We stayed 3 nights and we didnt want to leave.   Good location which close to bus station, on the cliff so the view is great! Nice staff and service, free pick up and tranfer service to airport. - The seaview room that is facing the caldera. Awesome. And the rate is reasonable.

The hotel is very quiet and friendly, the service and hospitality are excellent and the view to the volcano is fascinating ….. who could ask for more! On arrival, we received a welcome glass of wine and reception was more than happy to help with our queries. The breakfast was huge, with great variety, and served on our balcony every morning. The location is great, a short walk to the mini markets and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel - we hardly explored Santorini because we wanted to stay there and relax!

Our Studios was not ready when we arrived at The Mill Houses, so we left our luggage in the reception and took off on foot to find breakfast and to explore. Staff: exceptionally friendly and competent. Manager Ioannis made us feel at home, spoke fluent English, was knowledgeable and honest about the island's highlights. Andreas is excellent! He will carry your luggage up and down the hill, deliver breakfast to your private balcony and makes a mean frappe.

  We were pleasantly surprised with our view and proximity to the city (15- 20 min walk) for such low $$value; breakfast is served on your balcony - so you are indulging in food while looking at the amzing Thira and Caldera; room is clean, bed is a queen size and is comfortable; we would def do it all over again!   We were upgraded to one of the superior rooms. Facing the caldera and the sea was an amazing experience during our breakfast and sunset time. Location was good, 15-20mins walk to Fira and 5 mins by car. Beautifully decorated room. Friendly staff. Helpful. It is just 42 steps down from the main walk way, and Fira is just a few minutes walk away. The views from the private balconies is spectacular. The breakfasts were huge and included a tasty variety.

  I stayed 3 days in Villa Fottini. Its small(9rooms) family house but with friendly and family orientated atmosphere. Its amazing place! Great location, 5min walk to Fira and by bus stop (buses to Oia and Fira), close by supermarket and cafes and restaurants. Rooms is medium size but comfortable and with balcony. All inside - two bedrooms apartment has a kitchen, and that gives us a lot of fun. we bought some good taste tomatos and feta cheese and bread in minimarket just beside the villa, and made us very tasty greek salad ^o^ and we tried one night of twin bed room, with a cute balcony, very nice room. and the bus stop is just outside of the villa. above all, the famouse sunset spot is just 5 minutes walk away.   George (owner) did transfers, maintenance, breakfast host. He, his wife, and daughters were extraordinarily friendly, humble, proud of their native island. Welcomed like family with traditional drink and smiles, we got exceptional service. breakfast, and advice with many thoughtful touches. We couldn't have asked for anything more! - Double room initially shown to us was a bit small with double bed pushed against one wall. It didn't suit us and we were moved to small apartment which was excellent - no extra cost. We travelled for 3 months and this hotel was one of our favorites - could not fault it. No Caldera view but still great location right on the Caldera pathway. 5 minutes walk to Fira. Mini markets/restaurants close.
