The place is nice. The view is from the other side of the island, so you will not see the sunset and neither the classical Santorini postcard view... The shortcut to the city center is the best and the attention from the polish lady in the reception is great... Neither way the bus driver/manager/owner(?) whom seems to sells his mother for a good price... but he is kind too. 1. Couple running the hotel are extremely helpful and very sweet. 2. Transport provided free of cost from and to the cruise very helpful. 3. walking distance to Bus stop, taxi stand. 4. View of Agean sea from the room is amazing..
alla recensioner » Close to downtown Fira, once you found the shortcut up the mountain. Friendly staff that offered boat tours to the volcano. Small place but it worked for a base on the island because of the location. The staff is Good , location excelent , the pool is small but Nice and Clean ! Everyday the room was Clean ! Price is Good too. Location 15 minutes from caldera. Quiet surroundings. Extremely nice owner and personnel. Good for off less touristic tips. Location is good - a pleasant 5 minute walk from Fira center. View is good. Physical structure is newer. Very clean. Great advice and friendly management Pick-up from the port. Very friendly and reliable hosts. Nice room, nice pool, shuttle service to the port. good location, near main street. The care taker was very nice. We stayed there for one night only, and it was pretty much enough. Transfer from the port was a good thing about the hotel, location is ok - about 10-15 mints walk from the center. Friendly staff and provide airport pick up and drop off service without any charges. They picked us up in the port for free until late at night. good location. Pick up from Airport to hotel and back, while most hotels give the service. Nothing worst experience of my life ruined Greece for me. No wifi in the room, but you could pick it up on the common balcony. Not great insulation so could hear the people next door every once in a while. Also no shower curtain so the water went everywhere. Nothing. The breakfast would be greatly enhanced when they start toasting the bread!. Breakfast is only coffee/tea and toast. we stayed in a low season and the breakfast was not provided to us. 10 min walk into town, no staff around during the day, you need to call them. Poor breakfast, only toast. The orange juice might not be fresh. We called help at the front desk for transporting to Oia's hotel we reserved. The mini bus drop us at the main bus stop in Oia. Actually, we missed the hotel around 1 km already ! Though they said they know the hotel we would like to go.... That wrong service still cost €40... Basic shower, bad pillows and the 15 min distance walk to the centre. Located on the road, swimming pool facing the road, with the only low fence between you and cars passing by. Breakfast is very poor, lukewarm coffee and not toasted bread. Wont stay there again. When I paid to the woman in reception and not to the owner directly, he got a bit aggressive about this, what was not a pleasant touch. Assume it is ok for one night, but not for a longer stay. The water heater is totally not in function after a maximum of two people showering. Actually we booked an appartment for 5 people together. But they let us to live in 2 rooms. One for 2, and other for 3. It is total different with my booking. And the price is the same!!. service is not good. The hotel booking was actually cheating. What was given on the website was very different in reality. Examples - rooms were not sound proof, towels/bedsheet were changed once in 3 days, no kettle/hair dryer, breakfast was served on the terrace, no water in swimming pool. Nothing they gave our booked room away to someone because they wanted to stay and extra day and tryed to get us in a run down hotel for the same price.
