  This is a fabulous hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights with my daughter, prior to going on to Santorini. Excellent location - do not be put off by the fact it is in a suburb of Athens - it is an extremely 'good' suburb with fabulous restaurants and shops and only a short car ride into the centre - we hired a driver from 'Georges Taxis' for the four... vad folk säger » days and like the hotel, I cant recommend them highly enough either. The easiest way to see all the sights when you only have a few days. the Y Hote - everything was perfect! very professional staff, very polite & helpful. Very clean rooms with all what ou need in the bathroom! Well done! very well situated, very nice area. Very nice living room and outside place of the hotel to have breakfast and/or any drink during all day. Very good!

  The Acropolis Hill Hotel was ideally situated; easy to find from Syngrou- Fix Metro Station and a pleasant walk to and from historic sites in and around the Acropolis, and the Plaka and Monastiraki areas (and the information centre which is also well worth a visit for free maps, guides and advice). Only a few mins walk to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. Rooms on the front of the hotel have Acropolis view. About 10 mins walk to the old-town area of Plaka. Nice swimming pool. Lovely modern decor throughout and great breakfast. Lovely.

  Athinais Hotel is perfect. Great location in a nice area. The room and bathroom are very clean. Some rooms have a balcony, some others have a nice view on Licavitos.The staff is friendly. Breakfast starts at 6.30, that is usefull if you have to travel early. Free wi fi in the room. We have stayed in a nice studio that comes with nice basic amenities, comfy beds, clean showers, fridge and a well functional A/C that keeps you cool from the heat in summer. Breakfast is served downstairs of the studio and a nice bar is few steps away. The balconies put you as close as you can get to the view. George could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to show us around town and make sure we had evetything we needed. He even escorted us to out tour and made sure our boat would wait for us! The fresh white walls of the bedrooms in Hotel Thireas mirror the crisp white structures of Santorini. Clean, beautiful and welcoming.
