Set in a 1000-m² area around the 2-century-old stone windmill, the villa is located on the caldera of Akrotiri overlooking the sea. Built with local materials, Cavo Ventus consists of two bedrooms with COCO-MAT linens and two bathrooms one of which has a spa bath. There is also a spacious living room with views and a modern kitchen with a yellow Smeg fridge. You can enjoy a traditional Greek breakfast on the 400-m² terrace, or sample some of the fruit the owners offer you. The fully equipped pool bar is perfect for a pre-dinner drink with views of the magical Santorini sunset. You could even host your own event for up to 60 people in the outdoor spaces of the villa. The archaeological site of Akrotiri is located very close to the villa and Vlychada, the nearest beach is 3 km away. There are horse riding facilities nearby the property. Conveniently, the port of Athinios is only 6 km away while Santorini Airport is within 10 km.
