The property is spacious, private and gorgeous located a short walk from the busy centre. The pool is fairly large adjacent to indoor and outdoor dinning & bar; great for hours of relaxing. We were lucky to get a 1 bedroom suite with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. We stayed extra days!

The situation is excellent, into the port and just 50 meters from the ferries terminal. It's the best for those who travel with ferry.
It's also nice because the house is small and some of the rooms, overlooking the port have an individual veranda with table and chairs to watch the life of the port.

it is literally 10 metres from harbour on one corner. there is just a 2 minute walk to shops and cafes as well - the hotels cafe was alongside and was good too.

Staying in Topakas House was one of my best holiday experiences. We
stayed 3 nights with my friend and 5,5 yrs old son. We felt like we were

This was the 4th place we stayed in during our 2 week visit to Chios. Frourio's was a great value in one of the quietest parts of Chios town yet only a few steps from the harbour and market. The apartment was very spacious, clean and recently renovated to the highest standard. Superb on all counts. -

Very friendly atmosphere, hotel is in the middle of orange and tangerine trees-lovely, rooms are big and beds are very comfortable.
You'll need a car to get into the city center; only 2km far tho.
Visiting there in December they were so kind to heat the room up before our arrival, noted, thanks for that. Will definetely go there again. -

I appreciated the quite rural location with a feeling of remoteness and isolation yet only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It was very pleasant and interesting to walk from the hotel along the tiny roads and alleyways. Amicable attitude, to begin with. This passed down house provides you with tranquility and serenity you can not find anywhere easily. Besides, it is almost like a miniature zoo with roosters, chickens, turkeys and such. My 8-year-old pleaded me to stay a few days more.

The location is good, the prices are good, but the beach service not effective enough , u can't find someone to order and the interesting thing is they charged us for the seats at the beach. As normally u make check out at 1, after that we go to the beach but they said we have to pay!! It was odd. -
