  We stayed in the economy studio, and upon our arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine. The location of the hotel was really ideal - It was just far enough outside of the city that we could walk to the beach in less than five minutes, and walk into the city in 20-30 minutes. The staff was also one of the most accommodating we have ever... vad folk säger » had. She was extremely helpful in suggesting places for day trips and how to get to and from anywhere we went. She always offered to make any travel - Beautiful hotel, very clean and well looked after. Lovely private swimming pool that was kept spotless and never full. Plenty of sunbeds and poolside chairs. Breaskfast for 6euro (3 for kids) with plenty of options available Snacks available at lunchtime - limited but good value. Close proximity to beach - 2 minutes walk and a further beach at 5 minutes with more facilities. Bus stop for Chania at the end of the road - cost 1euro 10 and run regularly.   Klinakis Hotel has one of the best locations of any hotel we stayed in in Greece. It is right on the beach, with no highway between you and the sea. We left our patio door open to the sea breeze and it was the only hotel we didn't need an air conditioner on. The Sun City Hotel was a great choice: clean, comfortable, near beautiful beaches, only 10 minutes from the city center (by car), 2 supermarkets in the same road.   The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a quick chat with them everyday. The rooms used to be cleaned every day. It was extremely important for us - people with little children.
