Vi fick ett väldigt trevligt bemötande både vid ankomst och under alla 3 dygnen som vi bodde på hotellet - Everything was great about our stay, including meeting the owner Marco. I'd suggest you have a bit of information available about the lift system behind the hotel, how to access, times, etc. It looked like it would/could have been very fun,

Bra rum med balkong. - The food was excellent, and the staff were pleasant and helpful - The location was wonderful and the staff was helpful with giving us ideas to do and places to visit. The internet in the lobby was helpful. Breakfast was very good although one day there wasn't any hot water for tea.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is a 5 - 10 minute walk away from the main restuarants and bar area. Good facilities available at the hotel if you have the time to relax and use them. We all had an enjoyable stay. - Size of the room was good and we all liked the pool.

Lovely hotel in the centre of rudesheim, rooms very clean and bright, good parking facilities and a lovely breakfast. Staff made us feel very welcome whilst we there i celebrated my 60th birthday and the owners arranged a lovely breakfast table in the morning and when we got back to the hotel in the afternoon there was a bottle of sekt on ice in
