  bra , frächt , bra frukost, - The breakfast buffet was excellent. Also, the hotel was right on the lake, just a few steps away from several lakeside restaurants (which had indoor and outdoor seating). We were also lucky to be in Germany for white asparagus season, so there was "Spargel" on every menu. The hotel was also a short walk (10-15 minutes)... vad folk säger » from the train station and the main sites of Hamburg. We had a wonderful time. - it was very comfortable stay, clean rooms and quiet everywhere. Fantastic breakfest and fast service.

  Frukosten - Room and bathroom clean - good breakfast - Staff very helpful. Location central -very easy access to both U bahn and S bahn as well as Hbf. Although single room was compact it contained facilities to a good standard. Breakfast excellent.

  Excellent location, very close to train station and many restaurants...just a few steps to the lovely lake area. It's close to shopping and sights, too, and if you're not too burdened with luggage, you can walk from the cruise center (we did, with 50-pound bags). We'd stay at Ibis again. - Location was a big plus, walking distance from train station and main city attractions. Staff at the breakfast buffet, bar and front desk were very nice.   Very clean, helpful staff, terrific breakfast, and location --- just outside the busy downtown core but within walking distance of public transit. Also, the Italian restaurant located in the hotel building is very good, though there are lots of other choices nearby as well. - breakfast and hotel layout, very pleasant

  Liten kokvrå var suverän. Inredningen är trevligt- påminner lyxigt hytt på en kryssningsbåt. - Lätt att hitta till hotellet som var mycket fräscht. Frukosten var mycket god om än väldigt dyr. Garage under hotellet.

  I really enjoyed staying in this very nice old hotel in an original old building which has been nicely renovated. The reception area, breakfast rooms as well as the public areas have nice original old furniture without lacking any modern conveniences. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They make you feel you are their personal guest.   This is an older German gasthäus so it is what it is. However, you would be hard put to find a modern hotel as clean as this place. It was spotless. My room, #21, was very quiet and comfortable. I also felt very safe in the area. There is a smell that is apparent when the room is shut up for a while, but again, not because of lack of cleanliness. ... vad folk säger » Leave the windows open while you are out and you will be fine. This place is close to everything including some very good restaurants. Would return wi - I've stayed here numerous times, love the central location near the main train station and the happening street nearby with cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never tried the breakfast as I usually go to one of the nearby cafes or bakeries due to sleeping in. It's always my first choice to stay here. Free wifi. Some rooms have no bathroom, so you need to make sure what you're after...
