  The breakfast was excellent! - Lovely hotel and excellent breakfast. Staff could not be more helpful Pity the Hotel is not better known as it is more than 3* Our room was very big - The lift worked on the first day but was out of service for theremaining 11 days of the stay.

  First of all I must say I don't really get all the negative comments the Potsdamer Inn got here on letsbookhotel.com. Yes it's not the most luxurious hotel in Berlin as well as not the best located one. But the price corresponds and it offers a great value for money.   courteous staff. the receptionist was really nice and helpful whenever i needed anything. it was nice to have a wash machine on the premises as i notice is hard to find a laundromat in the city. the breakfast was wonderful. the attendant kept it well stocked and i didnt have to ask for anything. i also liked that it was right next door to the u ba... vad folk säger » hn. i could easily get to all the major sites. - We booked a twin room and were given a large apartment for 2 people with huge amount of storage space. Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

  The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. - ... vad folk säger » The hotel is very nice, located in the old building - keeps its atmosphere. Hotel's owners - Simone and her husband are so friendly, will solve any your problem and guide you what to see in Berlin. Breakfast is nice and so Germany-stylish. Very tasty bread!   Trevlig personal - we whole family liked a lot. only minus was traffic sounds, but it's not hotels fault and berlin is berlin. it's was very easy to go berlin centrum by bus. - The staff at reception was very good.I got better room than what i had booked.I really enjoyed my stay here.Very good location.Value for money.
