  A beautiful place with a beautiful atmosphere. lovely large rooms and a spa and pool-area to die for. To spend a couple of days here exploring the countryside by bicycling (the hotel has several great bikes for rent), horse riding or golfing, visit Hameln or just lounge by the pool. We were upgraded to a suit but I took a peak at a normal room and we would have been just as pleased. Ok its expensive but you get what you pay for and in this case it was pure excellence.

  A lovely hotel in a quiet location in the Harz mountains. Easy access to great road cycling area. The hotel and the spa were lovely. Attention to detail with no expense spared. Lots of relaxation options both indoor and outdoor, open till late. Spa towels, robes and slippers were provided to allow you to plod around in luxury all day. :)

  Everything's fine with this hotel - thoroughly recommended. We had a nice big room and the hotel's in a quite location. Free bicycle loan is very handy for this city.   A pity it's impossible to rate more than 10/10... Our stay was absolutely perfect. Haus Roseneck offers anything we need and much more indeed: an exceptional taste for the appartments, perfectly cleaned, bicycles, nordic walking sticks, internet connection and so many other things for free, as the thermal access and the warm welcome.   The hotel was VERY nice. I travel extensively and it is my favorite small hotel in the world. I have stayed there twice now, and each time the owner and the staff have been most gracious and friendly. The restaurant is superb and the small bar friendly. We ate and talked there every night.   Placement is great in the middle of old city and a good xmas market just outside your door. Good restaurant. large comfortable room and very clean. Very quiet at night. Wifi good. Service very good and efficient. had forgot my razor and asked if they had one - got a package with a razor and cream for free - not the best quality but did the job. ... vad folk säger » I wanted to have my room one night longer. Asked reception after breakfast and got a good room rate the extra night for my double room. In total a gre - The hotel and surrounding area was quiet, and it was close to the town centre. Was a lovely period hotel with rooms full of old world character and individuality. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and their English was fantastic. 24Hr parking was cheap @ 10 euro'S. If you don't want a "run of the mill, every room the same hotel", and would like somewhere with a bit more "Romance" then stay here. We will use whenever we are in this area.
