  We are on a 12 week cycle holiday and booked this hotel for 2 nights to rest and enjoy the thermal pools. We only have positive comments to make, from our greeting on arrival, the comfort of the room and the exceptional breakfasts.   Nice spacious room with a sunny terrace facing mountains and the sunbathing lawn; the room was very quiet, although it was immediately near the covered swimming pool. Great sauna facilities, and not very busy in August. The WiFi is reasonably fast. The breakfast is one of the best we had lately, and we travelled a lot this summer. The lady who served us remembered our preference for coffee from the first morning and - Everything was OK. Thank you. The hotel has its own SPA and sport center. Plus- Aquaria nearby and golf center not so far. Excellent meal, frendly and helpfull stuff, comfortable room. And there are a lot of activities around Oberstaufen. Mountains, waterfalls etc...

  Good location. near the railway staton, and also next to a supermarket. The room was large, nice, well equiped, and with a balcony. The quality of the breakfast was good. Though the price was a little expensive, it's worth the value. - Nice hotel room facing the Alps. Located on Konigsser Strasse which has direct bus to the Konigsee.   The rooms were very big and clean! The view from the balcony with flowers, was great: the clear lake below (in which we swum several times) and the mountains behind it! The hotel was between the green hills, we made nice walks: saw cows, sheep, horses, lovely farms. different kind of birds of prey, dears and even a ermine! We discovered a graveyar... vad folk säger » d out of the 14. century for victims of the plague. The food in the hotel was so lovely, that we used seven meals, every evening! The breakfast was f - The staff was very friendly. We had reserved two one-bed rooms, and were upgraded to lovely spacious rooms with incredible views of the castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. I would love to come back to see the new facilities as well, although I hope it is as quaint as this older building is!

Took dry sauna in lower level and other amenities are being developed for spa like experience there as well. Breakfast at hotel was very, very good and lovely setting.
