  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were all made to feel comfortable and welcome. The Castle was an amazing highlight. - Friendly and professional staff. Good food, good equipment in the rooms. Don't forget the great view!

  The staff was very polite. (Both in the reception services and breakfast services.) The location is really good. Forest all around. We stayed at 307 and our room also had a forest view with a balcony. We stated at the hotel with two kids (6 years old and 2 months old). I can say our stay was very comfortable. The sports areas, playgrounds, etc ne... vad folk säger » ar the hotel look quite attractive to the kids. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the garden. Nice terrace in the garden. The open buffet was gre - The hotel is in the middle of the forest, the view in the morning is breathtaking! The metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The hotel is warm and cozy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa has an open deck with a view of the forest. Free high speed Internet! Breakfast was free even though it wasn't part of the room plan. Doors and windows are sound proof. The room's design was a blend of modern and shabby which we loved!

  I find this hotel one of the nicest I have visited in the last years. It is very modern but also cosy and the food is very good at well.   We only stayed here for an overnight stop but the impression we got was was very good. Staff speaks English very well and is extremely friendly,attentive and human. Room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and very clean.
