We preferred to be out of the city centre so this hotel suited us. The tram stop is a few minutes walk and trams to Heidelberg run every 10 minutes during the day. Our Sat Nav found the hotel no problem. Approx. 10 minutes from the A5. We had a parking space in the courtyard but parking might be a problem when all the rooms are full.
Breakfast very good. Rooms clean. Wi Fi good. Good value for money. Bars and restaurants near the hotel.

Excellent money value! It was a very rare experience. At the moment we arrived, me and my husband felt very welcome. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The owner and staff were extremely nice and welcomed us like we were family. One very rarely experiences such outstanding services. Our entire stay was filled with nothing but peace/ quite surrounded around a very modern apartment environment. Wifi internet which was very reliable was included in the price along with a starter kit of tea or coffee. In sum, I highly recommend this Full Service Boardinghouse Apartments to other guests.

nice people - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular they arranged for a taxi pickup at 5:30 am so we could make our departing flight. The hotel was very close to a Metro station and numerous shops and restaurants.

helped us with check-in, thought it was not check-in time. He also
