The location was brilliant - right next to the Zeil shopping area, with restaurants, bakery, everything just downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. Good to have a fridge in the room. I would stay here again for sure. -
Great location, rooms are OK if you get one with street view.

Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do. Room is big and clean. Breakfast is great. Staff is excellent. After we returned to our home country, we realized that we forgot something important in the room we stayed. The staff sent it back to us by DHL (at my cost) !!! - Rooms were go size, very clean, beddings very clean and fresh.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!
