I loved everything, the maid and receptionist were very serviceable and polite.The breakfast is wonderfully.(just little far the center, but there is transportation near) - Great night's sleep. Clean and comfortable. Spoke great english and helpful clerks.

Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice very pleasant BR room on 6th floor. Car park was locked and protected. Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those

Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

Personalen var underbara. När vi anlände hade de 4 rummen vi bokat blivit förstörda av tidigare gäster men personalen fixade nytt boende till oss och ordnade så vi kom dit och så att vårt bagage som kom senare kom till det nya boendet. The self-contained kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and dine in our room: cooktop, refrigerator, sink, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. We saved money by not having to rely on restaurants for all of our meals.
Even though located near to a church, (the bells!), room was very quiet at night.
Great location for walking to all city sights.

Hotel near to railway station which itself user only a 6 minute train journey from the airport. Hotel rooms were large and well appointed with chairs and table. Breakfast was very good and staff there very friendly. Pleasant large breakfast room with classical music played in the background. Delightful.

The location of the hotel is suitably located within easy walking of the main shopping district and an amazing assortment of excellent restaurants from fast food to fine dining. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The pricing was fantastic and we stayed for 6 nights for the price of 2 nights in a comparable hotel in North America.
