  This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. Also, the hotel was right on the lake, just a few steps away from several lakeside restaurants (which had indoor and outdoor seating). We were also lucky to be in Germany for white asparagus season, so there was "Spargel" on every menu.
