  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... vad folk säger » Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.   Excellent location (very good connection with Berlin Schonefeld Airport, easy to get to main attractions) around many shops, restaurants and short distance to Lidl, very nice and very clean apartment with all facilities what we need (kettle, fridge, toaster), comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, good price for apartment in the center... vad folk säger » of the city. If we were in Berlin again, we would stay there again :) - We arrived late at night, but the check-in was no problem as the key was stored in a safety box which we opened with a pin code we received in our online bill. The location is fantastic. Right near the Ku'Damm and close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment was big and very modern. A very good value for money.

The room was well-airconditioned, bathroom had an excellent shower (you know how often a lousy shower spoils it all), windows offered perfect sound protection from the street traffic... and the location was more than decent.   The rooms are mini apartments with kitchen, dishwasher, sink, over/microwave, and various utensils. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. The 1st floor has a nice lounge like area where you can hang out if you'd like to. A gym and laund... vad folk säger » ry facilities are available as well. - It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. No access to public, which was good and safe. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were very helpfull 24/7. Will visit again
