  Allt var utmärkt. Personalen var ovanligt hjälpsam o vänlig. Rumemt var rent o bekvämt. Dubbla dörrar t korridoren samt tyst läge mot parken gav lugn o ro. Wellness-avdelningen helt underbar o välskött. Vi njöt av vår vistelse. Härlig frukost. - Mycket bra hotell. Renovera inte till för modernt !   The staff was excellent. They let us eat early so we didn't miss our train! Very knowlagable about the town and they made it easy to get around. Very helpful, room was beautiful. - Very good.

  The staff was wonderful and very kind. I was greeted with warmth and concern. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet which is what I needed most.   This hotel was under construction during my stay, but being a weekend there was absolutely no dosturbances. I can only imagine the 5* service once the hotel is really on its feet - I could not recommend this hotel strongly enough - The building is currently a building site! Once we got off the taxi, our heart sank! The approach to the hotel entran... vad folk säger » ce is hazardous. Not fenced off, with major paving and landscape going on, the path is a shingle path one end and paving block half finished the other end. The reception is Ok but once we got off the lift on the third floor, we come out into a building site again before our room!

  The room was fantastic, clean, huge, big balcony looking over the Caracalla. It was decorated in a good mix between modern/contemporary. It was nice that you could even close the barrier between the two main rooms for more privacy. The room was not at all "dated" like many other fancy hotels. The bathroom was awesome with a shower and separate bat... vad folk säger » h tub. The complimentary robes were so great I ended up buying one to take home with me. The breakfast was great, fantastic selection. Fresh squeezed - Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.
