Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated.
It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities.
Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great

24h reception with really helpful staff.
Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

We lived in a very comfortable appartment (big, clean, fully equipped). It's not far from the city center (it takes 7 minutes to get to Alexander Platz on foot), there is wi-fi in the lobby, rather good breakfast, though there is not big variety you can eat a toast, some cereals and drink a cup of coffee. The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

Jättebra läge! Mycket prisvärt (vi hyrde en studio), med kök och matplats och TV med många kanaler (men alla utom två på tyska). Baren var öppen sent och det var en 24-timmars reception så det fanns alltid något att göra. - Att det var rent och snyggt i alla rumsutrymmen. Att inte duschen läckte ut på golvet. Att hostelet/hotellet låg centralt

Everything, They got even kitchen and appliances for solo travellers. thats great, absolutely great for solo travellers. -
Each room has toilet and Shower Room is very clean. It takes only 5 minutes to go to Berlin central city.

The staff was great! They all were really nice, helpful and friendly. Special thanks and praises go to Damian. Also, rooms, showers, toilets were very clean & nice. My friend and I really enjoyed the stay!

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!
