Also, the hotel was right on the lake, just a few steps away from several lakeside restaurants (which had indoor and outdoor seating). We were also lucky to be in Germany for white asparagus season, so there was "Spargel" on every menu.   I was a little bit sceptical when I booked this hotel because there were no other comments from boooking users but then I was really surprised. this hotel is comfortable and cozy and we had a pleasant stay. it is a bit old but you can see they are renewing it since it's now part of novum hotel group.   Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff, nice clean room, good bar and restraunt. - Staff were very helpful. I had trouble connecting my Mac to WiFi so a staff member let me use the receptions PC for internet use. A very large selection of items for breakfast. Queen size bed just for me.
