  All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel.   The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet. - Only 2min from tramway station (line 17 to central rail station, 8 min). Nice view to some skyscrapers. Rooms are clean, minibar-prices are ok.

  Hej, det som var bra med hotellet var att det ligger i centrum och man behöver inte ta buss eller tåg för att komma dit man behöver. - We were treated with care, and even upgraded to a business class room.   Very comfortable room, free minibar (juice, soft drinks and water), free movies. The room was very well soundproofed. Breakfast was good without being elaborate and the young woman in attendance was always very welcoming and helpful. Fitness centre was very useable, better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with the Dormero again. - Right near train station but not in the main part of Frankfurt so you can't walk from there anywhere. Taxi from airport couldn't find it because it is so new but it was nice and great value for money.

  we stay in this hotel every year, nice personal, comfortable - It is clean and comfortable and most certainly a great value for money. The breakfast spread had a good selection but is somewhat pricey.

  Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices.
