  The room was very nice and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. Very close to everything in Berlin - Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent - such a range of foods to choose from. All the staff were very efficient.

  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets.   trevlig personal - We liked that it wasn't on beachfront Berlin, it was 8 mins walk away from Potsdamer Platz which was perfect to take in all the historical sights nonetheless. The hotel is a typical conference churner and the rooms very business oriented but very comfortable, good size and floor heating in the bathrooms!   This is a design hotel with many great amenities. We were in a junior suite, but really like the fact that both the shower and the toilet were in a separate cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. There is also a bar in the hotel, which is open till reasonably late and which serves great cocktails and also has a wonderful selection of high-quality ... vad folk säger » drinks (German fruit brandies, whiskies etc.). The bed was also of good quality, and there was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space as well. - I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.

  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... vad folk säger » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso. Breakfast is served as a buffet a

  Vi bodde i en junior svit vilket var riktigt bra. Badrum och faciliteter var hög standard på. Första kvällen åt vi på hotellets restaurang. Det började lovande med små starters etc., men tyvärr var inte våra varmrätter riktigt så vällagade som vi hoppats och priset en aning högt. - Bra läge, nära till metro och pendeltåg.Gångavstånd till många se... vad folk säger » värdheter.   Suverän frukost och snabb personal, mycket trevlig bar, mycket trevlig bartender. Hotellets läge kan knappast vara bättre. - Frukost och rum med undantag för att vi önskade 2 separata sängar vilket vi inte fick men rummet var mycket tyst vilket var bra.
