  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12.   The assistance provided by Viktoria, who I presume is the manager, prior to arrival and on check in was very helpful. The apartment itself was in a great location, directly opposite Jannowitzbrücke station and less than 1km from Alexanderplatz.   Vi bodde i ett rum "trippelrum" som bestod av 2 dubbelrum. Mycket överraskande och ytterst god plats. Jag tyckte att priset och läget var mycket bra. Frukosten är riklig och rikhaltig och personalen och servicen god.   fantastic sized room, at amazing value... and a perfect location, 3 minutes from the Tresor club! I'll never stay in a different hotel in Berlin again, we got a three room apartment for 30 quid each per head per night... brilliant! - We found the tourist information to be lacking although the staff were very helpful.
