The staff were a highlight of this hotel... Friendly would be an understatement!
Internet access was free, contrary to an earlier post. Rooms were clean, modern and well worth the money. Only two tram stops from the centre of the city (line 15).

Mycket fräscht och trevligt hotell. Bra frukost. - very friendly and helpful. We got our room early and they let us keep the room until 1.00pm on the day of departure, without any further charge. - Staff were very nice - opened swim pool for us after midnight. Pool nice. Nice size room with comfortable beds. Very clean hotel with quick check in. Front desk clerk assisted me by calling a local business to notify them I would be late for my appointment. Very helpful! Very convenient for the U Bahn; much closer to Marienplatz station than some reviews suggest. Rooms are bright, exceptionally clean. No wardrobe but plenty of space to hang clothes. Excellent bathroom with powerful shower. Our room was at the rear with no noise, although I doubt this would have been an issue in what seems a particularly pleasant neighbourhood. Not a cheap option but I was very satisfied
