  They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro.   Ett härligt hotell med allt vad man behöver! Extra lyxigt med morgonrock, badtofflor, allt vad man behöver i badrummet. Badbassängen funkade bra. Supertrevlig personal och god frukost(lite stressig personal-mycket folk?) - The Hilton was lovely, you did not have to leave the hotel at all, the restaurants, both Trader Vics and the Mark Brandenburgs ... vad folk säger » were fab and not expensive. Very central. - Truly a 5 star hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, in the center of the city, just next to Underground.

  The location is fantastic. The hotel combines all modern convenienceswith old world charm. We loved it! Great hotel. Lovely room. Great bed.Also, very quiet. - The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great also.

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. In fact, we're already thinking about a trip back to Berlin for maybe nex - Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave.
