  This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. The location is also a good place in the city; first of all quiet, close to shoping areas, good restauranst with modarate prices and cosy places, though ... vad folk säger » the attendant guy told me that it is a gay district but this dont make any problem if you are not. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. The beddings was very comfortable and there's even a cordless phone in the apartment and they provide sunblock lotion. The location is very convenient as it is a short walking distance t

  I visited Berlin many times before and stayed in different hotels and apartments but I like RS the most. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, near to the Netto, KFC, McDonald's and to the best shopping area in Berlin.   A very homely Guest House in the heart of Gay Berlin. Staff were friendly and aware of quiet times. Host/Owner was funny and genuinely inquisitive to improve your experience of Berlin. Property was immaculately presented throughout - every area was very clean. Guest rooms were spacious and had character.   The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt.   It was very quite even though it was in the center of the shopping/business district.
