  The staff is very polite and do their work well. Their facilities are also in very good conditions, and the staff is very receptive to fix any problems that may occur. The bathroom/wc and kitchen and living area is being cleaned every day. Overall the place is very comfortable and you really get your value for money. I had contact with the people by mail before ..I came on time ..everything was ready and clean ..she explain about the room and bathroom and give me the keys ..and told me where I could drop them by check out ..paid ..and that was it ..I could straitgh away enjoy my citytrip :-)

  Härlig frukost - Enkel standard men rent och snyggt på rummen. Mycket bra frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Allmänna utrymmena - wc och dusch - hölls i mycket bra skick trots att det var mycket folk på hotellet. Läget var mycket bra och centralt, promenadavstånd till Potsdamer Platz och Brandenburger Tor.

  Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered.   It was seconds from the U-Bahn stop. Nice downtown location. Apt. was roomy for family with 2 kids. It has all the cooking items you need for a short trip. It has a garage for a extra small fee.   It was located in a nice area near a canal, with a lot of affordable restaurants nearby. As well, the staff were really friendly, approachable, and full of information. There seemed to be an adequate amount of powerpoints for everyone, and there were bonus bathrooms on my floor for when the one in my dorm was taken. Hostel have their own bikes, which is very convenient (you don't need to search for bike rent) and a must if you want to see a lot in a city.   Booked a one bedroom with balcony as I like having outdoor space. Very large, fully equiped-even had a coffee maker! Took a tea towel as recommended by another review. Everything else supplied. Great location. Great for self-catering & superb location. Halal supermarket, bike hire & numerous eateries within 20 metres. Key pick up is at World of Beers shop as other reviewers stated(helpful i - The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself. We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money
