  So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. The guest kitchen system is a great innovation and offers further enhancement to a stay. A place to revisit without doubt. - Absolutely loved this place - I am an architect and business traveler. I found this hotel to have the prefect balance of design, casual retro, and a familiar home feeling. The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   Very clean, helpful staff, terrific breakfast, and location --- just outside the busy downtown core but within walking distance of public transit.   The room situation was excellent.　Totally cleaned up everywhere. The swimmingpool and fitnessroom nearby was also enough for one's satisfaction.The instructor there (man and woman) were definitely kind. - Very comfortable room, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, excellent range of equipment in the fitness room.

  Bra läge. Nära till två tunnelbanestioner. Väldigt lätt att ta sig till hotellet med tunnelbanan från flygplatsen. Nära till centrumet(10 minuters gång till Rathaus). Rummet var stort, hade alla bekvämligheter,modern design. Otroligt bra utsikt över staden från rummet. Väldigt vänlig personal-fick alltid hjälp direkt när vi frågade dem.
