  Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

  Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". - The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.   Stora rum. Tyst läge. Lätt att parkera. - Room was spacious, yet cozy with all the comforts of home. As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. Excellent breakfast with staff that catered to your wishes, i.e. eggs prepared to order.   The rooms are mini apartments with kitchen, dishwasher, sink, over/microwave, and various utensils. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. No access to public, which was good and safe. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were very helpfull 24/7. Will visit again

  The hotel is situated on a side street off the Ku'Damm. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Plus, public transportation and tour buses are close by. The hotel itself was more than I expected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey. - Very kindly personal, very clean room, information for clients (it was surprising for me) through TV. There was possible to see my bill every day!
