Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. So was the bartend

Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

The hotel location is great and well positioned for the City Tour bus, and the railway station and for many fine restaurants and bars. - Central location, modern ambiente, very convinient set up, helpful people, all in all I have not missed anything.

Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". -
The reception staff were excellent, we loved being offered a hot towel on our arrival. They cheerfully greeted us every time we came and went.

As advertised, the hotel was situated directly on the Ku'Damm close to the U-Bahn station/bus route. Free public parking when available. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. No access to public, which was good and safe. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were very helpfull 24/7. Will visit again

jätte trevlig hotell som jag gärna rekomenderar till andra - Very professional and friendly staff, good location close to the metro and shopping area. They upgraded my room without me asking. Rooms were very quiet. Excellent, but expensive, food at the French restaurant. Great breakfast at a reasonable price if you include it in the room rate. -
