Apartment was excellent value for money and very comfortable, would definitely stay again and reccommend. - Ideal city-center location in facilities that were of a very high standard. Excellent location, we found the apartment easily, a representative of the owner was waiting for us there, gave us directions to a place to reach by public transportation were excellent, one-room apartment with a very large shower, a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the TV tower, a place recommended.

Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel! -

The apartments arelocated just next to Kohstrasse metrostation. May be just 30 minutes walking to Branderburg gates so it is very convinient to live there if you wan to see Berlin yourself.
We live on the first floor it is just absolutely perfect terrace with tje table outside the balcony door that must be absolutely perfect in May (we were in Nothember but anyway i appreciated it. 100% value for money

Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators.
