  Very good location, very friendly hotel staff, little present every day(chocolate, food), spacious rooms, modern design, balcony, very bigbathroom, kitchenette and possibility to prepare tea/coffee for free andtea/coffee was available every day.   I never felt like a client, form the time I entered I felt like one of the family. This is a newly established hotel and therefore has some growing pains, however all that is overcome by a Gracious host and owner Christine. She was welcoming and invited to join her for wine and conversation in the evening. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, modern and cozy. Large flat screen tv in the room, and in the shared kitchen-living-lobby area. A very open, friendly and welcoming place.   This is a pension placing in the first floor of an art nouvau building. 6-7 spacious rooms with very high ceilings and my room has also had a very nice balcony to drink a cup of tea or wine.. The location is also a good place in the city; first of all quiet, close to shoping areas, good restauranst with modarate prices and cosy places, though ... vad folk säger » the attendant guy told me that it is a gay district but this dont make any problem if you are not. They have bikes for renting with good prices (3- - Firstly, after we made our reservation, the owner of the b&b gave us a detailed instructions to get to the place which I find to be of most help. We rented the apartment and although the place was a bit cramped with the sofa bed laid out, it was a very comfortable stay. The apartment was very well equipped. The beddings was very comfortable and there's even a cordless phone in the apartment and they provide sunblock lotion. The location is very convenient as it is a short walking distance t
