Rummet var mycket luftigt och trevligt inrett, vi hade gratis internetuppkoppling - något som annars var skamlöst dyrt (vi hade superiorrum så det ingick). Mysigt med badrockar och teandkaffemöjligheter på rummet. - Personalen, Internet.

The apartment was great! We were a group of 9 girls in our late 20s & there was plenty of room for us all. Only 2 bathrooms so was hectic when all trying to shower but we made it work!
There's a supermarket 3 blocks away or a small one opposite, & a taxi rank outside Checkpoint Charlie.

Great location near the underground, close by to supermarkets and good cafes and checkpoint charlie.
Very spacious and comfortable, bedrooms downstairs gave us freedom to enjoy ourselves in lounge without worrying our footsteps would be making noise for neighbours. Balcony as well and a very quiet area, no problems sleeping at all.
Would definitely stay again.

They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. The location of the hotel, which is right beside Check Point Charley, and represents a perfect starting point for an historical and cultural sightseeing! Moreover, the confort of the room: my wife and I had read several negative reports about a supposed "glass wall" in the room, between the toilette and the bedroom, but that turned out in-existent. Maybe the problem had been satisfactorily solved!

We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from
reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing
that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel! -

The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions . The rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy even though our windows faced a main street.
