  Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. No relevant problems where found. - Everything was clean, the staff are helpful... vad folk säger » and speak English, great price, very close to Berlin Hbf (central railway station). You must make and strip the bed yourself, but this is not a big hassle.

  The location is fantastic. The hotel combines all modern convenienceswith old world charm. We loved it! Great hotel. Lovely room. Great bed.Also, very quiet. - The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great also.

  They use the card system instead of keys. The card is also used in theelevator, gave a secure feeling - only hotel guests could use theelevators. All the staff spoke English and very friendly andaccommodating. 10 minute walk to the Metro. Very comfortable studio, well equipped and designed. Tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly waiters. Gym: high standard. Staff always available to give advice about theatre performances, etc. Perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the Gendarmenmarkt, Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie.

  Rent o frächt. Info av Ralf när vi kom var mkt uppskattad. Vi fick hjälp med beställning av taxi som var på plats i tid. Kanon!!. Skall rekommendera andra. - I think I liked everything! The people working there are very helpful, positive and they provide you with all kind of useful information about the city. The rooms are tidy, clean and well decorated. - Very friendly staff, nice facilities, room was very nicely done, felt like a hostel/hotel, we were in the comfort room which were en-suite and a very nice place to stay!
