Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. my wife and i are fully satisfied for the 3 nights stay at innside dresden. the hotel is a comtemporary designed building in the midst of the old town. we give full marks to its location. can walk to most of the places of interests and shopping and food outlets. the hotel and rooms are always clean and comfy. the staffs friendly and always greeti

What a great hotel. This hotel is superb in every way. The hotel lobby is big bright and modern and sets the tone for ones stay . The location is very good in the newly refurbished part of Dresden old town. The room was a delight, large high ceilings, modern contemporary design and a funky bathroom. The dining area was large, well designed and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there again if I return to Dresden. Staff were very professional.

The apartment was huge with great decoration. Kitchen was very well equipped with all machines and utensils present and handy. The possibility to arrive and enter the apartment independently with security codes was convenient. The host didn't meet us at the arrival, but came through the same evening, which was fine with us.
