  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... vad folk säger » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  Euro stars is in central location with easily accessible transport links. The staff from our arrival, we're professional, courteous and eager to pass on local knowledge, and happy to converse in German or English. The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge bed, no less than you would expect. Thanks for you hospitality it was very - Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

  Fantastic central location, within walking distance of all major sites and plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. All in all it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long while, we couldn't fault anything. - The staff were extremely courteous ... vad folk säger » and helpful, especially in the dining room.   The staff and the service were very fine. I saw the gentleman behind the front desk offer to help another guest locate a place to buy some rare auto parts! Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. The location of this spot is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Mitte or up near Prenzlauerberg, it is a perfect spot if you want to wander into... vad folk säger » bookshops, boutiques, the local parks, or get on the metro and explore other neighborhoods. Such a great alternative to the big corporate business ho - Excellent location only 5 minutes walk to the S Bahn station, with a lift from the street directly down to the platform. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner from the hotel, Particularly liked Tucholsky, Torstrasse 189. Be aware that they do not take credit cards.

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. Restaurant with spectacular view of the riverside and well-made breakfast. It's a musical one where the music is almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The room is provided with a smart screen where there is a list of new movies to be watched for fee. The room is also a good choice 4 married people specially the youth. I liked the bar and sometimes there might be parties take place in the hotel
