  An extremely positive experience. Courteous and efficient staff, very good service all round, excellent breakfast and dinner, well-equipped gym and a good-sized indoor pool.   Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). A computer with internet access was available in for extra charge. The location was superb; frankly, you cannot beat the location given access to public trans... vad folk säger » portation.   Located right next to the main train station in Bonn, which is handy for catching early-morning trains or arriving on late-night trains. Clean, basic, well-designed room, though the bathrooms are a little small (but modern and nice). I suppose it's an international chain, so the range of tv channels was satisfying. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. And it's a new - The hotel is located right beside the main station and you are given the city ticket that allows you to use almost every mean of city transport for free. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
